Question on Notebooks:

I am buying a laptop and I have narrowed it down to three choices:

1. Acer Aspire 5920

2. Compaq 784TU

3. Lenovo Y510 7757 8BQ

The configuration and price of all three are the same. Only Lenovo has 1GB RAM whereas Acer and Compaq have 2GB. Can you suggest which is the best one as I am confused?

Between the three, I would look at the Lenovo and Acer units. The Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 is an excellent multimedia laptop with features such as built-in subwoofer and face-recognition Webcam, while the Acer Aspire 5920G is a wonderful gaming laptop at an affordable price. Get the Acer model if you are a gamer. Otherwise, look for the Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 instead.
